1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to decline any order, or any part of an order, for any reason at our sole discretion.

1a. Formation of Contract

A legally binding contract between OriginalSkin Ltd and the customer is only formed when we dispatch the goods to you. The "Order Confirmation" email sent immediately after purchase is an acknowledgement of your offer to buy and does not constitute our acceptance of that order.

1b. Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch. Reasons for cancellation may include but are not limited to:

The item being out of stock or unavailable.

An error in the price or description of the product.

Identification of potential fraudulent activity.

Our inability to authorise payment.

At our sole discretion regarding the distribution and availability of our products.

If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method as soon as possible. We will have no further liability to you.
